STAYING YOUNG STARTS OUTSIDE THE BEAUTY JAR?

No matter what country you live in (for the most part), people are obsessed with staying and looking young? Almost everybody is in search of the proverbial "Fountain of Youth". I don't think I've ever heard anyone actually say, "I can't wait til I'm old. I'm really looking foward to grey hair, arthritis, bone loss and all those other great things that come along with being old."

In fact, when some people are in their 30's and 40's, they're already into Botox Junkie Land and reading up on every new cream and lotion that hits the market. It's like a 'pre-opt youth love nest' before they hit the half century mark. I know because I started my own R&D when I was about 10. I already knew that 'old age and me' wouldn't have much in common and I didn't want to go to the land of 'milk, cookies, and pharmaceuticals' before bedtime.

It doesn't really matter how many 'concoctions' manufacturers come up with to keep you young, those only work if you're working from the inside out. If you really think you can buy a cream or a lotion, put it on and it will make your skin change drastically, the chances of that are like finding a favorite item you lost in 1940.

Here's the deal kids...
1) YOUR BODY IS PRIMARILY WATER BASED... more than 75 percent. If you want to maintain your youth, you must stay hydrated (on the inside). What this means is that you need to drink a lot of water. Soda, juice, and those other sugar drinks you like, do not replace the benefits of water, when it comes to staying youthful. If you spend a lifetime (or years) of not drinking water, by the time you're 30, your skin starts to dry out (probably before that even). So 'hydration' of the skin (inside and out) is key to younger looking skin. HYDRATION, HYDRATION, HYDRATION. WATER. WATER. WATER. MOISTURE. MOISTURE. MOISTURE.
2) THINKING LIKE OLD PEOPLE WILL MAKE YOU ACTUALLY BE OLD. I have friends who believe in old age. They constantly say things like "Getting old is awful." "My hands and knees hurt because you can expect that kind of thing when you're old". "You naturally put on extra pounds when you get older". They make these kind of statements because they've bought into those beliefs. I actually laugh at this kind of thinking, because I don't look anything like my friends. I'm slender (not skinny). I have tons of energy. I don't have wrinkles, arthritis, diabetes, or any other life-threatening or painful dis-ease. My knees don't hurt and I can do practically everything I did in high school and more, because I work with my health from the inside out. My oldest daughter's friends actually think I'm their age, so I just let them think that, when they don't really know me.
3) GREAT HEALTH STARTS ON THE INSIDE. When your insides are filled with junk food, junk drinks, no cleansing the colon ever, poor water intake, lack of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and anti-oxidants, all these things will eventually show up on the outside of your body. It will show in your skin, your eyes, your ability to move, and how you feel. You can go around the world and ask millions of people over 50 how they feel, and if they follow extremely poor inside conditioning for their bodies, they will all prove to show it outwardly, as well. There are a few minor exceptions to this rule, not many though, maybe like 5 in the entire world. However, if you ask people who do the opposite of all these things, you'll notice that those 'over 50 people' actually look 10 - 20 years younger than their 'junk food' counterparts. And they actually FEEL younger than that.
4) WHEN YOU RELATE WELL TO OTHERS AND THE WORLD, you usually feel good inside. This is a spiritual component of looking young. If you're the kind of person who dislikes (or hates) others, this eventually shows up on the outside of your being. On the other hand, if you're loving, energetic and passionate about life (and you take care of yourself), this shows up on the outside too. Evil people don't believe this one and when they see people who look really young into old age, they blame it on 'genes' or say they're 'just too damn happy for them'. According to them, it has nothing to do with 'their spirit'. They just don't know any better because they live on the other side of the fence.
5) NOT HAVING THE NUTRIENTS YOUR BODY REQUIRES makes you old too. You can't go around with 10 mgs. of calcium, 5 mgs. of potassium, no vitamin A, no B vitamins, and your other essential nutrients, and expect to 'look young'. It ain't gonna happen. You can get cosmetic surgery and very shortly afterward, you'll look 'old' again. Your body is unable to sustain cosmetic surgery when you don't take care of it.

So, the bottom line, is basically a little T-L-C for oneself. We are unable to help others if we don't take care of ourselves. When you decide to uptempo how you take care of YOU, give me a call and I'd love to help you get started. Simply fill out the quick and easy form in the

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I DON'T HAVE HEALTH BENEFITS?

Don't get sick! Investigate and learn a lot more about natural health and you won't really need "Sick Benefits". In America, it's not health care you receive, it's sick care. We pay the medical profession to 'keep us sick'. Is this okay with you?

As you already know, millions upon million of Americans are without medical insurance. In fact, thousands of people die 'per year' because of it. So, you want to know what to do if you're in the same predicament.

Believe it or not, it's not all bad. If you don't get hit by a bus, run over by a tractor or side swiped with a 100 foot crane, you're good! Natural health care is what you MUST do to stay healthy.

Don't fret about colon cancer, poor digestion, high blood pressure and all those other 'scary' diseases, just take care of yourself in a more, precise scientific way.

What you need to know is that quality 'nutrition' saves you from almost every disease man can conjure up in that incredibly expansive brain of his. Why? Because that's what the body must have to function properly. When you're putting in the proper nutrients (which medical science doesn't necessarily prescribe to), the body begins to repair itself, all by itself. All the body needs is for you to help it. Everyday, it's crying for you to give it more water, to eat foods with higher nutrients in them, to walk a little bit, to have fun and not be so doggone serious all the time, to laugh and to be kind. That's all it wants. It's easy when you know what to do.

Eighty to ninety percent of the people running to doctors are plagued with diseases that come from their own choices of poor, inadequate diets, no exercise, and stressful lifestyles. All that can be fixed and pretty easily, if I do say so myself. Your aunt, your mother, your brother, whomever, didn't have to suffer for years with liver problems or heart problems and then die or remain bedridden. All they needed to do was to change their diets and shift their lifestyles...only slightly.

So, here are a few pointers:

1) First, cleanse your colon with a quality, all natural cleaners. Some of them take a month, some of them longer, based on how many years of gunk you have impacted in your colon.

2) Avoid all foods that cause constipation for awhile. Add way more natural smoothies, natural fruits, fresh vegetables and stuff like that. If you are unable to avoid them altogether, just limit them and add a lot of the other stuff. Create a balance that makes it better for you.

3) Drinks lots more water and natural juices. Drink Soymilk instead of cow's milk. It's good. Test them out. Gives you more protein too. Add more pure protein substances to your diet, like natural protein powders, tofu, and soy products.

4) Take some time out everyday for yourself and your family. If you just keep going and going without relaxation and stress-free times, the stress drains all the vitamins and minerals you're putting in.

5) Add vitamins, minerals and herbs to your diet. Eliminate commercial seasonings with MSG, Nutrasweet, Splenda, and all those other carcinogens (poisons) that you put in your foods. Eat natural seasonings, cayenne, Mrs. Dash, Spike, natural herbs.

Most importantly, once you begin implementing these new ways and a new diet, you won't need to run to the doctor all the time. I haven't been to a medical doctor in over 35 years (that I can remember) because I'm 100% healthy. If I do want to check something out, I go to a holistic doctor, an accupuncturist, an accupressurist, or someone else in the whole body healing field. Since your insurance generally won't pay for that, you have to pay for that visit anyway. Beats all that HMO and other medical insurance haggling.  Thank God for Michael Moore and his ability to tell us the truth. Go Michael Moore! Go Michael Moore! Go Michael Moore!

Besides, increased preventative care and taking care of the body enables you to think clearer and to be able to raise your level of awareness. Your brain becomes more creative and increases your ability to make more money and to do it in a way that is satisfying to your own inner self, instead of working jobs you hate. That alone, is worth the effort to change. Whadayathink?

See YA!

WHAT DO YOU REALLY KNOW ABOUT YOUR HEALTH BENEFITS?

The other day a friend of mine took me to see "Sicko", the movie Michael Moore did on America's insurance companies revolving around your medical health. Knowing that this is a movie that directly affects all our lives, it was very disappointing to see such a small crowd turn-out at the theatre I went to.

Movies that have nothing to do with our everyday existence, were breaking box office numbers, while the very movie that gives us invaluable information on what keeps our families alive, was barely full. This is when I wonder if we're paying enough attention to what's important.

It's also another reason why I believe it's even more critical to practice 'prevention' and to keep ourselves in top-notch physical and mental condition. The rules and regulations of the American system are NOT looking out for family's best interest. Greed and unlimited money far outweigh our petty needs for survival and living a full, meaningful life.

Michael Moore clearly showed the differences between our medical system here and other systems throughout the world. What we need to ask ourselves is...1) Why don't we have available, easy care for everyone here? 2) Why do other countries have it and do extremely well with it? 3) Why aren't our professionals looking out for us?

Everyone in America needs to see this movie. "Sicko" lays this out in a way that is factual, believable and uses all 'real' people; not actors. It will tell you exactly where we stand on treating our people with respect and dignity, and giving them the kinds of care that they need, without a huge price tag and inferior service. You'll be amazed!

This is what I mean about being whole...mind, body and spirit. We must connect ourselves spiritually to the universe; we must take care of our bodies with proper nutrition and exercise, and we must keep our minds whole and healthy. When we take charge of our own experiences, we don't have to depend on insurance companies, pharmaceutical drugs, and debilitaing illnesses.

Be whole and we won't have to concern ourselves with all the costs that certain people keep dangling over our heads.
