WHAT ABOUT MENTAL FOOD? Most of the time,
when we're discussing health and all kinds of health issues, we focus on food. However, let's remember that your mental
state is just as significant to your health as what you do to it physically. In fact, it's SO important, that no physical
disease can dissipate without the right mental programming to accompany it.
If you've never read Louise Haye's "You Can Heal Your
Life" book, you're missing out on an incredible treat. She explains (in very simple terms) how your mental thoughts
contribute to your physical ailments. She even gives a glossary of diseases in the back of her book that correspond with the
beginning thoughts that helped shaped that disease.
All of the many situations that happen to us in life, whether minor or major, are neatly
compartmentalized into our subconscious. If these situations were hurtful, or you have felt guilty or remorseful about something,
it will eventually show up in your health, whether you like it or not, or whether you're conscious of it or not.
"The Power
of Positive Thinking" and "The Law of Attraction" are just ways of helping you understand how to create a smoother,
more successful life, with less complications. These forms of thought simply give you 'the secrets', 'the lessons',
'the tools' to make life work. So, don't 'pooh pooh' them away. Help is there when you're ready to
embrace it.
The
physical and the mental go 'hand-in-hand', and 'mental food' is just as powerful (if not more so) than physical
food. Hope
this is helpful, Janeska

HOW WELL ARE YOU TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF?
It doesn't matter if you're 20, 30, 40
or 50, the way you take care of yourself NOW will SHOW UP eventually, whenever your body begins its' breakdown process.
Some bodies begin to break down earlier than others, mainly because some bodies are unable to handle the mass junk that we
feed it today. Example: Say you're 25 years old and your main diet consists of pizza, burritos,
soda pop, hamburgers, fries, tacos, cereal, donuts, regular milk, lots of meat and potatoes...need I say more? Well, if the
angels watch over you and you happen to make it to 40, you'll be a walking speciman for diabetes, kidney disease, cancer,
stroke, heart disease and every other disease you can possibly think of.
The foods above have little to no nutrition
whatsoever and surround your heart with plaque, fill your stomach with impacted feces that last for years, poison your bloodstream
and totally destroy your digestion. So, even if you don't end up laying in a hospital bed for the rest of your life, riding
in a wheelchair or walking with the help of a walker in 15 years, you're not only going to look years beyond
your years, feel like crap everyday, but more than likely, your medicine cabinet is going to full of medication that you must
take every day of your life. Not a very pretty picture, is it?
There's always those people who say that "that's
not going to happen to me", because in the moment they're not sick, they feel fine and they think all the destructive
things they do to their bodies isn't going to affect them. Wrong answer!

It will catch up to you, no matter who you are, where you live, and
how much you think you can get away with. You work with your body, it works with you. You work against your
body, you already know.
It's not as hard as you think to change your eating habits. The same BAD
foods you eat, there are substitute foods that taste almost exactly the same without the ingredients in them that kill you
slowly.
It's totally up to you! If you want to live a long, vital, healthy life without tons of medicine,
arthritis, poor health, and one disease after another, you'd better start looking into:
Cleansing the Colon
at least twice a year Buying Organic Food Saying 'no' to over the counter and pharmaceutical drugs Drinking More Pure Water Cutting Back on Fast Food Adding A Lot More Fresh Fruits and Vegees to your diet Cutting your Pop and Coffee in half (too much caffeine) Not eating or drinking anything
with artificial sweeteners in them, like Splenda, Aspartame, High Frutose Corn Syrup, Sweet and Low, Sucrose (way
too poisonous for anyone's body)
And this is just the start! So, you better get crackin'!

No matter what country you live in (for the most part), people are obsessed with staying
and looking young? Almost everybody is in search of the proverbial "Fountain of Youth". I don't think I've
ever heard anyone actually say, "I can't wait til I'm old. I'm really looking foward to grey hair, arthritis,
bone loss and all those other great things that come along with being old."
In fact, when
some people are in their 30's and 40's, they're already into Botox Junkie Land and reading up on every new cream
and lotion that hits the market. It's like a 'pre-opt youth love nest' before they hit the half century mark.
I know because I started my own R&D when I was about 10. I already knew that 'old age and me' wouldn't have
much in common and I didn't want to go to the land of 'milk, cookies, and pharmaceuticals' before bedtime.
It doesn't really
matter how many 'concoctions' manufacturers come up with to keep you young, those only work if you're working
from the inside out. If you really think you can buy a cream or a lotion, put it on and it will make your skin change drastically,
the chances of that are like finding a favorite item you lost in 1940.
Here's the deal kids... 1) YOUR BODY IS PRIMARILY WATER BASED... more
than 75 percent. If you want to maintain your youth, you must stay hydrated (on the inside). What this means is that you need
to drink a lot of water. Soda, juice, and those other sugar drinks you like, do not replace the benefits of water, when it
comes to staying youthful. If you spend a lifetime (or years) of not drinking water, by the time you're 30, your skin
starts to dry out (probably before that even). So 'hydration' of the skin (inside and out) is key to younger looking
skin. HYDRATION, HYDRATION, HYDRATION. WATER. WATER. WATER. MOISTURE. MOISTURE. MOISTURE. 2) THINKING LIKE OLD PEOPLE
WILL MAKE YOU ACTUALLY BE OLD. I have friends who believe in old age. They constantly say things like "Getting old is
awful." "My hands and knees hurt because you can expect that kind of thing when you're old". "You
naturally put on extra pounds when you get older". They make these kind of statements because they've bought into
those beliefs. I actually laugh at this kind of thinking, because I don't look anything like my friends. I'm slender
(not skinny). I have tons of energy. I don't have wrinkles, arthritis, diabetes, or any other life-threatening or painful
dis-ease. My knees don't hurt and I can do practically everything I did in high school and more, because I work with my
health from the inside out. My oldest daughter's friends actually think I'm their age, so I just let them think
that, when they don't really know me. 3) GREAT HEALTH STARTS ON THE INSIDE. When your insides are filled
with junk food, junk drinks, no cleansing the colon ever, poor water intake, lack of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and
anti-oxidants, all these things will eventually show up on the outside of your body. It will show in your skin, your eyes,
your ability to move, and how you feel. You can go around the world and ask millions of people over 50 how they feel, and
if they follow extremely poor inside conditioning for their bodies, they will all prove to show it outwardly, as well. There
are a few minor exceptions to this rule, not many though, maybe like 5 in the entire world. However, if you ask people who
do the opposite of all these things, you'll notice that those 'over 50 people' actually look 10 - 20 years younger
than their 'junk food' counterparts. And they actually FEEL younger than that. 4) WHEN YOU RELATE
WELL TO OTHERS AND THE WORLD, you usually feel good inside. This is a spiritual component of looking young. If you're
the kind of person who dislikes (or hates) others, this eventually shows up on the outside of your being. On the
other hand, if you're loving, energetic and passionate about life (and you take care of yourself), this shows up on the
outside too. Evil people don't believe this one and when they see people who look really young into old age, they blame
it on 'genes' or say they're 'just too damn happy for them'. According to them, it has nothing
to do with 'their spirit'. They just don't know any better because they live on the other side of the fence. 5) NOT HAVING THE NUTRIENTS YOUR BODY REQUIRES makes you old too. You can't go around with 10 mgs. of calcium,
5 mgs. of potassium, no vitamin A, no B vitamins, and your other essential nutrients, and expect to 'look young'.
It ain't gonna happen. You can get cosmetic surgery and very shortly afterward, you'll look 'old' again. Your
body is unable to sustain cosmetic surgery when you don't take care of it.
So, the bottom line, is basically
a little T-L-C for oneself. We are unable to help others if we don't take care of ourselves. When you decide
to uptempo how you take care of YOU, give me a call and I'd love to help you get started. Simply fill out the quick and
easy form in the Services For You section and I'll customize a program just for you. Then you'll be on your way to BETTER
HEALTH, YOUTHFUL LOOKS and a WHOLE NEW YOU!

Tuesday, July 10, 2007 WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I DON'T HAVE HEALTH BENEFITS? Don't get sick! Investigate and learn a lot
more about natural health and you won't really need "Sick Benefits". In America, it's not health
care you receive, it's sick care. We pay the medical profession to 'keep us sick'. Is this okay with
you?
As you already know, millions upon million of Americans are without medical insurance. In fact, thousands
of people die 'per year' because of it. So, you want to know what to do if you're in the same predicament.
Believe it or not, it's not all bad. If you don't get hit
by a bus, run over by a tractor or side swiped with a 100 foot crane, you're good! Natural health care is what you MUST
do to stay healthy. Don't
fret about colon cancer, poor digestion, high blood pressure and all those other 'scary' diseases, just take care
of yourself in a more, precise scientific way. What
you need to know is that quality 'nutrition' saves you from almost every disease man can conjure up in that incredibly
expansive brain of his. Why? Because that's what the body must have to function properly. When you're putting in the
proper nutrients (which medical science doesn't necessarily prescribe to), the body begins to repair itself, all by itself.
All the body needs is for you to help it. Everyday, it's crying for you to give it more water, to eat foods with higher
nutrients in them, to walk a little bit, to have fun and not be so doggone serious all the time, to laugh and to be kind.
That's all it wants. It's easy when you know what to do. Eighty to ninety percent of the people running to doctors are plagued with diseases that
come from their own choices of poor, inadequate diets, no exercise, and stressful lifestyles. All that can be fixed and pretty
easily, if I do say so myself. Your aunt, your mother, your brother, whomever, didn't have to suffer for years with liver
problems or heart problems and then die or remain bedridden. All they needed to do was to change their diets and shift their
lifestyles...only slightly. So,
here are a few pointers: 1)
First, cleanse your colon with a quality, all natural cleaners.
Some of them take a month, some of them longer, based on how many years of gunk you have impacted in your colon. 2) Avoid all foods that cause constipation for awhile. Add way
more natural smoothies, natural fruits, fresh vegetables and stuff like that. If you are unable to avoid them altogether,
just limit them and add a lot of the other stuff. Create a balance that makes it better for you. 3) Drinks lots more water and natural juices. Drink Soymilk instead of
cow's milk. It's good. Test them out. Gives you more protein too. Add more pure protein substances to your diet, like
natural protein powders, tofu, and soy products. 4)
Take some time out everyday for yourself and your family. If you just keep going and going without relaxation and stress-free
times, the stress drains all the vitamins and minerals you're putting in. 5) Add vitamins, minerals and herbs to your diet. Eliminate commercial seasonings with MSG, Nutrasweet, Splenda,
and all those other carcinogens (poisons) that you put in your foods. Eat natural seasonings, cayenne, Mrs. Dash, Spike, natural
herbs. Most importantly,
once you begin implementing these new ways and a new diet, you won't need to run to the doctor all the time. I haven't
been to a medical doctor in over 35 years (that I can remember) because I'm 100% healthy. If I do want to check something
out, I go to a holistic doctor, an accupuncturist, an accupressurist, or someone else in the whole body healing field. Since
your insurance generally won't pay for that, you have to pay for that visit anyway. Beats all that HMO and other medical
insurance haggling. Thank God for Michael Moore and his ability to tell us the truth. Go Michael Moore! Go Michael
Moore! Go Michael Moore!
Besides, increased
preventative care and taking care of the body enables you to think clearer and to be able to raise your level of awareness.
Your brain becomes more creative and increases your ability to make more money and to do it in a way that is satisfying
to your own inner self, instead of working jobs you hate. That alone, is worth the effort to change. Whadayathink?

Tuesday, July 3, 2007 WHAT DO YOU REALLY KNOW ABOUT YOUR HEALTH BENEFITS?
The
other day a friend of mine took me to see "Sicko", the movie Michael Moore did on America's insurance companies
revolving around your medical health. Knowing that this is a movie that directly affects all our lives, it was very
disappointing to see such a small crowd turn-out at the theatre I went to.
Movies that have nothing to do with our everyday existence, were breaking box office numbers, while
the very movie that gives us invaluable information on what keeps our families alive, was barely full. This is when I wonder
if we're paying enough attention to what's important.
It's
also another reason why I believe it's even more critical to practice 'prevention' and to keep ourselves in top-notch
physical and mental condition. The rules and regulations of the American system are NOT looking out for family's best
interest. Greed and unlimited money far outweigh our petty needs for survival and living a full, meaningful life.
Michael Moore clearly showed the differences between our medical system here and other systems throughout the world. What
we need to ask ourselves is...1) Why don't we have available, easy care for everyone here? 2) Why do other countries have
it and do extremely well with it? 3) Why aren't our professionals looking out for us?
Everyone in America needs
to see this movie. "Sicko" lays this out in a way that is factual, believable and uses all 'real' people;
not actors. It will tell you exactly where we stand on treating our people with respect and dignity, and giving them the kinds
of care that they need, without a huge price tag and inferior service. You'll be amazed!
This is what I mean
about being whole...mind, body and spirit. We must connect ourselves spiritually to the universe; we must take care of our
bodies with proper nutrition and exercise, and we must keep our minds whole and healthy. When we take charge of our own experiences,
we don't have to depend on insurance companies, pharmaceutical drugs, and debilitaing illnesses.
Be whole and
we won't have to concern ourselves with all the costs that certain people keep dangling over our heads.

IS YOUR BODY
STARVING ITSELF OR BEING HEALTHY, LUSCIOUS AND VI-VI-'VI-VACIOUS'?
Were
you aware that when we don't fill our bodies up with nutrition that our bodies are living in a state of starvation? The
reason this is true is because the body is trying to find a way to 'survive' on the foods we feed it.
If you live off of hamburgers, fries and pop, your body is going, "What in heaven's name are you thinking? Where
are my fruits? Where are my vegetables? Did I get any Vitamin C today? Did you supply me with any minerals, Calcium or Magnesium?"
And what you have to ask yourself is "Did I?"
What you may not know is that when someone dies from what
is basically known as 'natural causes', they're dying from a nutritional deficiency, some vitamin or mineral that
you haven't supplied to yourself in your daily diet. Now what do you think about that?
Dr. Joel Wallach,
a noted doctor and veterinarian, did extensive research on this subject and found out that all animals and people dying from
'natural causes' were simply dying from 'a lack of nutrition'. He wrote a book and did a tape called "Dead
Doctors Don't Lie", where he gives an in-depth analysis of his study with literally thousands of people and animals,
alike.
All you have to do to spend a long, healthy, life full of vitality (and youthfulness) is to eat better
food, include all your vitamins and minerals, drink plenty of water, have pure protein, and do a minimal amount of exercise.
It's very simple, but for most people, not easy.
The body has the ability to heal itself 100% if it has
what it needs to 'live' on. A person filling themselves up with nutrition everyday can virtually have very little
fear of 'getting sick' with minor and major illnesses. Their bodies are literally jumping for nutritional joy.
If your body could talk, it would say, "YES! I'll keep you healthy because you're giving me what I need!"
We've been innunated with sugar, starch, fast food, and so much other junk that we're in a semi- consciousness
of addiction. And how bad is a food addiction? Unlike smoking or drugs, we have to eat and what we choose to eat is so devoid
of nutrients that we don't even care anymore. As far as we're concerned, we just want something that fills us up and
tastes good.
Can we choose healthy choices? Of course we can. Do we want to? Of course we don't. Not sweet
enough. Not spicy enough. Not exciting enough. We're spoiled and rotten to the core.
But take that frown off
your face. We do have choices that taste great and have nutrients, too. We do! All you have to do is know where to look. In
every state, there are now Whole Life Food Stores, there's Erewhon stores, there's Herbalife, there's your mom
and pop health food stores. There are foods that look and taste exactly like meat, but are actually pure protein sources.
There's smoothies, special fruit drinks, vitamin water.
Keep your colon clean and avoid or lower foods that
cause constipation.
Don't stick your head in the sand and continue to follow down the 'fast food road'.
Lift yourself up out of that rut. Getting healthy in 2007 is easier than ever. All you have to do is stop starving
your poor body. Look around, research, taste, and investigate. Find all the new great stuff that's full
of nutrition, and you'll be fit, healthy and truly Vi-Vi-Vi-vacious!

SO WHO TAUGHT YOU ABOUT MONEY?
Less
than a month ago, I attended a seminar on 'The Millionaire Mind', at the LAX Airport Marriott Hotel. I make it a point
to go to as many seminars and workshops, as possible. Generally, they're conducted by real people, in charge of real things.
It's the true education of life. Seminars keep your mind sharp and up-to-date on what's going on in the world on the
mental, physical and spiritual aspects of life. You learn a lot of invaluable info along the way. It's the kind of education
you don't get in school, where you should. School is too busy teaching us 'what to think', not 'how to think',
and how to live in a complex world. And the Millionaire Mind was excellent, by the way!
One of the questions
the speaker asked the audience (at least 3-400 people), was 'Who Taught You About Money?' Most people didn't have
a clue, and most of the rest of us never really thought about it consciously, because we're not taught to focus on some
of the most critical issues that affect our entire lives. Why is that, do you think?
Ultimately, what we learned
is that (for the most part), we learn about money from home. Almost exclusively, if you grew up in a poor household, your
'mental money blueprint' reflects a life of poverty. If you grew up in a struggling middle class household, your 'mental
money blueprint' reflects struggle and extreme hard work (possibly living paycheck to paycheck), in your own immediate
family, as well. And if you grew up in a wealthy household, you basically learned how money worked, especially if your family
was depending on you to handle the family's wealth for decades to come. When you weren't physically taught (by your
parents or guardian), you just learned (by osmosis) because you lived there.
There are always exceptions to the
rule, but we're not talking about the exceptions, we're talking about the general rule of thumb. Poor begets poor,
middle class begets middle class, wealthy begets wealthy.
To make your 'mental money blueprint' change
or improve, you must put forth a sincere, determined effort to change it. Here are a few suggestions for empowering your 'mind
about money'.
1) You can read ALL ABOUT WEALTH, finances, taxes, and money magazines to raise your money thoughts.
(Then make a plan, and ACT).
2) You can meditate (to attract better situations, better people and a totally new
environmental change) around you.
3) You can change your subconscious programming through hypnosis and possibly
learning self-hypnosis.
4) You can do what they talked about in the DVD 'The Secret' by - visualizing
(and applying true deep inner feelings) - making a Vision Board, - displaying gratitude and forgiveness, and - then taking action toward your plans - have a specific intention in mind (and on paper) to work towards.
But whatever road you decide to take, remember it's all up to you. You can have what you want. You simply have to reach
out and take the ole 'dog by it's leash', leading and following your own way to enhancing your successful financial
future.
Struggling and poverty were never the divine plan. A healthy, mental attitude about money is a necessity.
You owe this to yourself, your family and the world. Financial health (for all families) is what empowers our world. So, if
you're not wealthy, and you're not Jesus (walking on water), how do you help feed and clothe the masses?
People that know about money tell you over and over again to FIND YOUR PASSION, FIND THINGS YOU LOVE TO DO and find ways
to make money at it. In addition to that, help others make money in the process, and sooner or later, you'll
realize that's like having 'money in the bank'.

WHAT KIND OF CHOICES DO YOU MAKE?
The
other day, one of my Godchildren called me from out of town. She's 23. She said that she was upset with herself because
when her alarm clock goes off in the morning (the first time it goes off), she could get up then, but she doesn't. She
continues to push the snooze button until she's late for work. And even though this may not bother some
of us, she was really upset by this. She couldn't figure out why she does this same thing everytime!
Like
I tell many people, "God is always trying to tell us something in many different ways. Either we listen or we don't."
When we don't, we continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. If you do what you've always done, you'll
get the results you always get. Some infamous person said this same thing in another way. I don't remember how it was
said, but I'm sure you get the point here.
For you to come up with different results in your life, you must
make different choices. Some people are really afraid to make choices. But what they don't know is that whether you make
a choice or not, everything has a consequence. You can make a very good choice or you can make a very bad choice, and you will eventually
see the results of those choices. And even if you decide not to make a choice, you will get consequences from that also.
Not making a choice, doesn't give you an 'out'. You will get a consequence anyway, even if you don't like
what the consequence is.
I told my Goddaughter that I believe this incident with the alarm clock was simply
trying to speak to her about the 'choices' she makes, and if she doesn't like the results of those choices, then
she should choose differently. Sometimes, the subconscious thought about 'getting up late' can mean you're
dissatisfied or unhappy about situations happening in your life (like you don't like your job or you're unhappy
in a relationship; things like that) and your body responds accordingly. It will find ways to tell you that it really
doesn't want to face the day. When the individual pays attention, no matter what the body is trying to say, most
of the time we already know what the answer is. It lies 'deep within'. Be really silent and the answer will rise
to the surface. Other times, it's already there, you just may not want to believe the answer, because you want it to be
something else. Don't fight it! Embrace it! Your subconscious (your Higher voice) always knows what's best for you,
even when you don't.
I had a general idea of what was going on in this situation, and both issues
(dissatisfaction and choices) were probably speaking to her, nudging her to make more positive changes in her life.
I don't know what choices she ended up making this time, but if changes don't occur in your life, when they
come up, they will continue to come up until you acknowledge them and make the changes.
Our Free Will is one
of the most important gifts we have! Isn't it time you used it to work for you? Choices, choices and more choices,
this is a really cool thing. Are you making the right choices for your life? Just look around you and ask "Is
this what I want for my life", and believe me, the answer is already there.

SELF DISCOVERY IS WHY WE'RE HEREI've been told by others throughout my life that one of my greatest
abilities is understanding others and having great empathy for what they're going through. This is probably true
because of my own continuous journey of Self-Improvement, Self-Discovery and Self-Realization that has been with
me for as long as I can remember.
When you embace this way of life or this way of thinking, your life is an unending
series of experiences. And these experiences range from the bottom of the barrel to the top of the mountain. All you have
to do is be able to stay on the horse without falling off....if you can. However, if you do fall off, just get back on again.
When people are open to hearing about their own Self-Discovery, I simply say, there are many roads to Self-Discovery.
The road you choose is totally up to you. Some roads get you there by the horse and buggy method and others get you there
at the speed of light. It's just how fast you catch on and what you're willing to do to reach your highest inner potential
Embracing this journey can be a huge challenge for many people, but it is truly one of the greatest journeys you
can take.
PATHS TO SELF DISCOVERY
Some people like to
read all the self help books. It's a start, but, you can read self help books until you fall off the
rockin' chair, because there are millions of them. Of course, by then, you've discovered that you got a whole lot
of information that you haven't put into practice yet!
Some people like to attend all the self help
seminars. Those are really cool! But at some point, you have to put some of this information into action, and besides,
these are getting really expensive!
Some people actually believe they want to go to the Himalayas
or some remote island and 'deprive themselves' of bodily comfort (like enlightened masters), except if they actually
'do it', they realize 'what in the hell were they thinking?'
Some people believe they'll
reach this potential by adopting a particular religious belief. I'm sure that some people have actually re-discovered
themselves this way, in every religion known to man. There truly are saints and sages of all religions. There's
even saints and sages who don't adopt what we know as 'traditional' religious beliefs. There's even saints
and sages that live without homes and shelter on our cities' streets, sad to say. And even then, there's
a few more steps to go.
In the 60's, some people believed they could reach Self-Discovery through 'a drug
experience', and I'm sure some found out pretty quickly that this kind of immediate 'self-discovery' could
be down right frightening, or even fatal...where their minds and bodies wanted to pass over to the other side to discover
who they really were. I'd suggest not trying this method if you have no idea who you are, in the first place. And no,
you're not your job, or your car, or your things!
Many of those who survived the 'drug experiences',
and some of those who never had the 'drug experiences', continued to look further, toward even more deeper
inner experiences. These were the people who already read the self-help books, went through successess and failures, went
on 'a trip or two', went through various religious experiences, or knew that there was still something missing that
they hadn't explored.
Even people who had surface religious experiences believed that they hadn't tapped
the inner core of Self-Discovery and a real 'knowing' of the Self that lies within.
After years
of introspection, learning, and experiences, the speed of light Self-Discovers came upon the 'supreme inner joys of meditation'.
And went "Wow! Where have you been all my life?"
Some explanations of Meditation are where a person
gets into a state of concentration that allows them to focus their efforts on their thoughts or on their awareness
(without thoughts).
Enlightened gurus or those who practice meditation regularly may say that meditation is a
way of reuniting with reality or seeking God from within. The enlightened ones say, this is how"we actually reach
what we call 'bliss', and true realization of the self, and our connection to God and the universe". Once you
reach this state, there is no need to ask anyone else what your universal connection is. Pretty heavy, huh?
So,
whatever you choose to do on your own personal journey, don't delay! If you're tired of being sick, tired of unhappiness,
tired of the same oh, day in and day out routine, and tired of the condition of the world we live in, ask yourself, "Have
I tried meditation, yet?" And in most cases, I think I already know the answer to that one.
One of the
greatest sources for learning about meditation is Self-Relization Fellowship. It's a worldwide organization, founded by
Paramahansa Yogananda. They've been teaching it for years. It's simple, and the lessons are inexpensive and they will
come directly to your house each week. You can go to www.selfrealizationfellowship.org and read about it for yourself. And when you're ready for the 'speed of light' way to self-discovery,
you'll have it right at the tip of your fingertips, right at the click of your mouse, and right at the tip of your
heart, where it has always been.

HOW CAN HYPNOSIS HELP MY LIFE?There's so many roads to Self-Improvement and Self-Discovery,
that sometimes I wonder why we're not further along in our wordly development. But when I think about it again, I realize
that many people are afraid of 'Discovering Who They Are'. In fact, I've heard we're more afraid of becoming
'great', than we are of being 'failures.
Hypnosis (done by a Certified Hypnotherapist) happens
to be one of those significant paths to Self Discovery. It enables a person to release huge parts of any negative
subsconscious thoughts.
These thoughts are what people actually 'live by', many times without even being
consciously aware of them. For example, if you grew up where every time you did something 'good', your parents gave
you a 'high calorie dessert' like cake, pie, donuts, whatever, and you thought that was a wonderful expression of
their love. Whether you realize it or not, that same subconscious thought is still with you today. Not only is the
'dessert' representative of something sweet tasting and good, it represents 'love' from your parents and recognition
for your accomplishments. You've literally attached more significance to it than just being the 'dessert' itself.
So now, in your current adult life, every time something 'good' happens, you treat yourself to a 'dessert',
and even when something bad happens, you treat yourself to a dessert, because now it's more a habit and a very addictive
habit, at that. In most cases, you can't figure out why you can't lose weight. You never stop to think that your
subconscious is leading you in your destructive behavior. And this is only one example of how the subconscious gets formed
from early childhood. There are millions of other examples, leading to the same results.
In a Hypnotherapy (Hypnosis)
session, a trained professional helps you discover some of the sources from which your problems arise and helps you eliminate
the source. It's kind of like pulling a bad plant out of the ground and cleaning out the area where the seed and the roots
grow. Whala! Now, you can plant another seed...a seed that produces a better plant and in your case, a better habit with
better results.
Hypnosis is nothing to be afraid of. People see all kinds of 'junk' on TV and hear all
kinds of made-up stories from people who don't know a doggone thing about hypnosis. You're being hypnotized many times
throughout the day and throughout your life time (with very negative influences). Why not change that path of 'negativity'
into a more positive one? Like I always say, "If you're afraid of hypnosis, it's too late". You're always
being hypnotized, even when you don't know it. Hypnotherapists are the 'good guys'. They make it better.
So, educate yourselves! Read up on the Benefits of Hypnotherapy. Inquire about some of the incredible Hypnotherapists in
your area. Get to know some. If you take this path, believe me, you'll never regret it. They're here to help you,
when you let them. It happens to be one of the fastest ways I know to change the inner self; one of the fastest ways I know
to make you feel better, and one of the fastest ways I know to make your life look like the life you used to dream about!

HOW WE MAKE OURSELVES SICK AND HOW TO STOP IT!We've been so misinformed about health that we have no clue that we
literally make ourselves sick. What we've been led to believe is that 'illnesses' kinda run around with little
hands and feet and somehow 'grab us' as we're walking by. So what we think is that they 'grab us' because
we're just not quick enough to escape from them. Not true, my friends, not true.
Illnesses work from the 'inside
out'. When a person catches a cold, seemingly because everyone at work or at home have it, it's not just because of
that, that makes the cold appear. It's because your inner immune system is deficient (in some way) and is not
able to fight off what's coming in. The person (at work) who doesn't catch the cold has either held the cold off with
a powerful thought process, and/or held the cold off because their immune system is strong enough to do so. Illnesses can
(and do) also come about due to situations arising out of mental and spiritual dysfunctions. On the other hand, really
strong mental and spiritual beings can literally ward off all kinds of things, including illnesses.
Here's what I mean: All of us have three distinct parts of our being. In
fact, we all have what I call PMS. Sorry, all you macho type guys out there, but you have it too! The Physical, Mental and
Spiritual parts of ourselves (no matter who we are) exist whether we want them to or not.
The Spiritual parts of
ourselves have been called many things...the Higher Self, our Subconscious, the god within, our divine essence, and much,
much more. The significant thing is that no matter what label someone wants to call it, it's our own inner Spirit, with
or without the label. (This is not our religious self, it's simply our spiritual self. Religion and Spirit are
two different things altogether.) Even if a person doesn't believe in God, they still have a 'Spirit self.' The
analogy is, "even if a person doesn't believe in air (because you can't see it, can't taste it and it's
not tangible by itself, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, or that it's not there", because it is.
So, when you hear people say, "They're spiritual and not religious", this is what they mean, on a very
basic level. They understand they are Spirit and have some idea how that spirit works.
I'm telling you all
this, because it has a lot to do with how we create disease, either consciously or unconsciously. When your Spirit is
broken, when your Spirit doesn't feel good, when your Spiritual energy is low, you begin to create disease, inwardly.
Some people can begin to be sick on a spiritual level alone. Some people can begin creating sickness on both a spiritual
and mental level, and some people can be sick on all three levels. This means that 'you're jacked up for real!'
Native Americans were very well aware of Spirit. They always talked about The Great Spirit and also knew that the
Spirit resided inside of them, outside of them, and in everyone and everything. The people who came in to destroy them,
said their belief in such a crazy notion was 'wrong' and that they needed to stop deluding themselves about their
so-called Spirits, and to embrace the beliefs they tried to impose upon them. The beliefs they tried to impose upon the
American Indians were more about 'control' and 'manipulation', not about helping them. These new beliefs
confused them, and eventually led to their demise. they were tricked into denouncing all the incredible aspects of their most
powerful inner selves that they had actually experienced in their lives. They had seen the power of their inner selves revealed
and had seen their inner spirits work many miracles in their lifetime.
Others who came into destroy them,
introduced 'alcohol' to them, because they realized 'alcohol' really messed with their pure inner spirits.
Once they saw what the 'alcohol' did to their 'power', they brought more and more of it, to get them hooked,
and to make them lose their natural powers and rational ability to think. Their pure spirits were being destroyed
little by little. It eventually caused them such severe harm, that it was just one more thing that both directly
and indirectly, wiped out almost their entire race.
The irony is that the same people who introduced the alcohol
to the Indians, ended up calling 'alcohol' 'spirits'. These 'fake spirits' were created to destroy
the 'real spirits', and to keep Supreme Spiritual people from remembering who and what they really were. This was
truly a travesty, because these same beliefs were passed down to all of us. In the process, these new beliefs made
many of us forget that we have always been Supreme Spiritual beings, connected to our Creator and made in the Creator's
likness. How cool is that!
In contemporary times, when Spirits are broken (the same as in the past), people turn
to the 'fake spirits' and start that cycle of sickness that causes disease on many levels. Even more significant
than that, the 'fake spirits' take a lot of the people a long way away from remembering their inner majesty. In fact,
most, never find their way back. So, on our spiritual side, this is how and where sicknesses reside.
On
the mental side, illnesses begin to develop mostly from 'repressed emotional issues' that happen in the family or
with people in our lives that have had great influence(especially when we were young).
When we're developing,
and are extremely vunerable, we're literally 'learning our subconscious behavior'. Family, friends and peers are
creating our inner life script. If that script tells us something is wrong with us, or something is amiss, we take it in as
'fact' and it becomes a part of our subconscious behavior. On this level, we too, start sicknesses. Some sicknesses
are short-term. Some sicknesses last a lifetime.
When we get older, if we're able to decipher
'out' some of those early negative experiences, we usually don't spend a lifetime of diseases that we pass on
to our bodies. Other times, we just don't know that we do it, because we don't even remember what (or who) gave
us 'the negative programming in the first place'.
Our physical side is what accepts the spiritual or mental
dysfunction and leads us toward the situations, foods, thoughts, etc. that bring the conditions out in a physical way. Now,
we have liver disease, cancer, headaches, diabetes, or whatever else you want to name. This has become the trickle down effect
and manifested into the physical world.
Of course there are going to be a whole bunch of people out there who say
this is absolutely ridiculous. Oh well! That's okay. Whatever level you can understand anything on is simply where you
are in your understanding. It's not a bad thing or a good thing. It just is.
For those of you who are
open-minded enough to embrace it or even to investigate it in some way, you will eventually find the path that shows you the
results of what I'm saying here.
COMING BACK DOWN TO EARTH
No matter what level you think your physical illness is on, there are many natural
approaches you can take to health.
1) On the Spiritual side, you can learn to meditate,
do Yoga, or learn Tai Chi. These aspects of life, help calm and balance your Spirit. They help you get in touch with your
Spiritual side. Once you're in touch with it, and not living totally on the surface, you'll realize what this really
means. Seek results and you won't have to ask anybody.
2) On the Mental side,
you can take soothing herbs for your mind, reduce your stress level, get better sleep
for more mental clarity, and simply sit still at times and just be quiet. You can do that TLC thing by getting some massages,
taking a long bath, going on a mental vacation from all your worries and burdens.
3) On the Physical side, it's
about supplying the body with the nutrients it needs...fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, fresh juices, pure water, and natural
herbs. It's about exercise and feeling good and really taking care of yourself. If you're not doing any of these things,
you'd better get busy, if you want to stay around awhile and especially if you want to stay around awhile, without pain
and misery.
If you've forgotten who you are, I'm here to shock you back into reality. You're a powerful,
awesome, incredible Spiritual being, who is living on planet earth, encased in the body you chose to live in. Tap back into
your spiritual source from within and realize that you've got something to do, and the longer you cover up your 'true
self', the longer you deny your unmistakable greatness that lies within.
