Fees are non-refundable because the hours of work required to work with individual cases have to be done, regardless. However, if someone is extremely dissatisfied, you can receive an additional service, a free Ebook, or some other form of legitimate compensation. Phone consultations longer than one hour are $10.00 an hour.
